Painting Environmental Charge

As of January 1, 2018 all invoices will include a 3.5% Environmental Charge. This charge allows Sahara Sandblasting and Painting to dispose of waste materials in a safe and responsible manner. Waste materials include, but are not limited to, used blast media, paints, thinners, batteries, oils and fluids which require special handling.

The percentage reflects average costs incurred for waste disposal.

The Environmental Charge is NOT a tax or surcharge imposed by or remitted to any governmental or regulatory agency.
